Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Basic set of hand tools required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on Class 8 tractors and related equipment.
• Repair trucks, trailers and components in a timely manner.
• Inspect brake systems, steering, bearings and critical parts for proper operation.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and battery checks.
• Repair major components like engines, transmissions, and differentials.

Responsibilities

• Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services such as troubleshooting and repairing electrical and after-treatment systems on our Class 8 tractors.
• Repair trucks, and trailers and related equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery.
• Repairing and troubleshooting of major components such as engine, transmission, and differentials.
