Job summary

Central Transport LLC is a leading LTL carrier hiring skilled mechanics to maintain our fleet of trucks, trailers, and related equipment across the United States and Canada. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair critical systems, and help ensure safe, reliable operations.

Applicants typically have 1 year of experience with a basic tools set; ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Basic set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services.
• Repair trucks, trailers and related equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings and other important parts to ensure proper working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery.
