Job summary

Central Transport is a leading LTL carrier seeking skilled mechanics to maintain our fleet of trucks, trailers, and equipment across the United States and Canada.

This role covers preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and inspections of brakes, steering, wheel bearings, and related systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience required.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.
• Basic set of tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services.
• Repair trucks, trailers and related equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery.
