TRACKHOE OPERATOR
Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking a qualified trackhoe operator for our Northern Middle TN construction team in Gallatin, TN. Candidates will work with grading and site-prep crews performing utility work and large-scale earth-moving projects and must prioritize safety excellence.

- Location: Northern Middle TN (Gallatin, TN)
- Wages starting at $24.00/hr based on experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a trackhoe and other heavy equipment – such as a dozer, haul truck, roller, or skid steer to complete utility and grading work
- Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill and proficiency in challenging terrain environments
- Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management
- Perform daily pre-and post-inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies
- Communicate effectively in relation to the position
- Follow all company policies and OSHA/ MSHA/ Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of experience operating a large trackhoe (e.g., Komatsu 490 or similar)
- Self-motivated and able to perform duties independently
- Can work outdoors in all weather conditions and tolerate loud noise
- Willing to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors as needed
- Able to learn new tasks quickly
- Provide valid I-9 immigration documentation
- Willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed
- Previous experience operating other heavy construction equipment preferred
