Job summary

Cox Automotive Texas is seeking a Lot Operations Specialist II to maintain tracker inventory, scan returns, and prepare units for field deployment. The job includes bi-weekly audits and packing trackers for COX2M, with broader admin support to the Vehicle Operations team.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED with 3 years of related experience, strong communication, organization, and computer skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma/GED and 3 years’ related experience.
• Alternative: any degree/cert beyond HS in related field.
• 5+ years’ related field experience; valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organization.
• Ability to operate office equipment and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of trackers and scan returns/outs.
• Organize trays and prepare trackers for deployment.
• Conduct bi-weekly audits across all locations.
• Package trackers to send to COX2M and support admin tasks.
• Provide frontline support for policies and procedures; safety focused.
