Job summary

Cox Automotive USA is seeking a Sr Lot Operations Specialist to oversee tracking inventory, reconcile invoices, and coordinate corrective actions. The role requires strong organization and attention to detail, plus a valid driver’s license and MS Office proficiency.

The position focuses on maintaining optimal inventory levels, communicating status to leadership, and driving continuous improvement across the site. Local, on-site work is required with no remote option.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of related work experience, or any degree with 3+ years of related work experience, or 7+ years of related work experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to manage data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for location tracker inventory and reconciliation of billing invoices.
• Manage retrieval of trackers requiring attention (RFA) and determine corrective action.
• Return defective trackers to Cox2M; ensure accurate reflections in user interface and billing.
• Monitor inventory volume and coordinate with Management and GCM to adjust levels.
• Review inventory analytics dashboard and ensure adherence to metrics.
• Communicate status to Leadership and GCM; identify opportunities to meet goals.
• Promote change, drive project adoption, and support continuous improvement across units.
• Deliver Lot Vision training and enforce project standards and procedures.
• Assist with Lot Vision deployments and participate in ICC calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
