Job summary

Cox Automotive in Euless, TX seeks an ICC admin to maintain inventory of trackers in the ICC office, scan returns, scan outs, charge trackers, and prepare gear for field deployment.

You will support Vehicle Operations teams, handle inquiries, assist vendors, and perform bi-weekly audits across office, gates, and other areas. Physical work includes standing and lifting up to 15 pounds; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related experience, or higher education acceptable.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate general office equipment and basic computer software.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive data entry.
• Vision abilities include近近、遠視、深度 perception.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of trackers in the ICC office.
• Scan trackers returning to and leaving the office.
• Charge trackers and prepare them for field deployment.
• Organize trays of trackers for deployment and shipment to COX2M.
• Conduct bi-weekly audits at the office, gates, and related areas.
• Provide admin support for Vehicle Operations teams and assist vendors.
