Cox Enterprises is seeking an inventory control specialist responsible for tracker inventory and ensuring GPS technology operates correctly. You will manage reconciliations, returns, and inventory analytics while coordinating with leadership and the Global Inventory Control Manager to hit lot operations goals.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, training delivery on Lot Vision processes, and collaboration with lot operations teams to prevent leakage and improve health tracker inventory.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3 years of related field experience.
• Alternative combos include higher degree or certification beyond HS.
• 5 years’ related field experience also acceptable with MS Office skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage tracker inventory and reconcile billing invoices.
• Coordinate retrievals and corrective actions for trackers (RFA).
• Return defective trackers to Cox2M and ensure proper billing/reflection in orders.
• Monitor vehicle inventory levels and coordinate with Management and GCM to maintain stock.
• Review inventory analytics dashboards and meet project metrics.
