Zelh is seeking a Track & Trace Representative for our third-party logistics partner. You will manage daily communications with drivers and customers, input updates into the system, and schedule appointments to ensure smooth operations.

This role offers a remote work arrangement with a 5:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. EST schedule, paid time off, team events, and a supportive team. Strong English (B2) and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) is required.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with drivers and customers.
• Notify relevant parties of issues and input updates into the system.
• Answer incoming client calls and schedule appointments.
• Maintain knowledge of transportation market trends.
• Perform additional duties as needed by business.

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with drivers and customers
• Notifying appropriate parties of any issues
• Inputting updates into the system
• Answering incoming calls from clients
• Scheduling appointments
• Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace
• Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. EST
