Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in Orlando, FL is seeking a Track Supervisor to lead daily operations across nine locations, oversee staff training, scheduling, and cost control while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

This full-time, hourly role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive service standards and performance in a fast-paced family entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of Andretti brand and culture exposure a plus.
• Current trainer or team lead a plus.
• Proven leadership and team skills; ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff.
• Strong written, verbal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: staffing, scheduling, labor, repair and maintenance.
• Maintain opening, running and closing duties for department.
• Ensure guest relations and quality of service; monitor safety and security.
• Assist with staff training, recruitment and retention; provide feedback on performance.
