Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Track Supervisor to join our Georgia team. This full-time hourly role will support Operations Managers, lead hourly staff, manage staffing/training, cost control, service standards and guest relations while upholding AIKG quality.

The Track Supervisor leads shifts, motivates staff, and ensures safety, security and environmental standards on the track. Flexible schedule with holidays and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and delivering high-quality guest experiences.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train, motivate and supervise hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, staffing, scheduling, labor and cash handling.
• Maximize daily sales while controlling costs and maintaining service standards.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Engage with guests on floor to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Lead staff events and provide feedback on performance.
