Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site rail or heavy construction teams.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure resources meet project plans.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and Project Managers on hurdles and reports.
• Lead daily safety briefings and enforce safety initiatives.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and customers.
• Manage purchasing, payroll, and timesheets for track projects.
• Ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Supervise equipment operation and maintenance of track assets.
• Provide training and mentoring to on-site staff.
• Complete reports and maintain daily log books.
• Support project managers to keep on budget.
