Job summary

Track Tech, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead railroad construction and maintenance crews across diverse sites. You will drive daily operations, uphold safety and efficiency, and act as the primary problem-solver in field conditions.

You will be on the ground, set the example for safety and quality work, and coordinate with teams to complete tasks on schedule while adhering to FRA standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership required to manage crews on railroad construction and maintenance projects.
• Minimum 2 years of railroad construction or maintenance experience.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Must pass FRA/FMCSA pre-employment drug & alcohol screening and be enrolled in random testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew through daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Oversee work on-site and act as problem-solver when issues arise.
• Promote a safety-first culture; ensure PPE and safety protocols are followed.
