Job summary

BRMi in Vienna, VA is seeking a TPRM Manager to support a large financial services client in a hybrid work environment.

You will design, enhance, and optimize TPRM workflows within ServiceNow, collaborating with risk SMEs, procurement, information security, and technology to document, validate, and implement workflow requirements.

This is a W2 role requiring on-site interviews; BRMi will not sponsor visas. Compensation ranges from $104,000 to $116,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and testing ServiceNow workflows for TPRM processes.
• Ability to document results and coordinate issue resolution during deployments.
• Develop documentation, diagrams, and training materials for TPRM workflows.
• Translate TPRM methodology into automated workflows in ServiceNow.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual activities.
• Monitor workflow performance and collect user feedback for improvements.

• Assist with data validation, reporting, metrics, and governance.

Salary: $104-116K

Hybrid in Vienna VA 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• S upport the design, enhancement, and optimization of TPRM workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk SMEs, and technology teams to document, validate, and implement TPRM workflow requirements and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Assist in configuring and testing ServiceNow workflow changes to support evolving TPRM processes, controls, and business requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), document results, and coordinate issue resolution to ensure successful deployment of workflow enhancements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, business requirements, desktop job aids, and training materials related to ServiceNow TPRM functionality.
• Support the translation of TPRM methodology and process requirements into scalable, automated workflows within ServiceNow.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual activities through workflow automation, improved routing, system controls, and enhanced user experience.
• Monitor workflow performance and user feedback, documenting enhancement opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and process consistency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Information Security, Compliance, Privacy, and Technology, to support end-to-end TPRM workflow integration.
• Assist with data validation, reporting requirements, metrics, and workflow governance activities to support program oversight and continuous improvement.
