Job summary

BRMi is seeking an Associate Tech Support Analyst to provide frontline desktop and technical support onsite in Vienna, VA. You will image and deploy laptops, troubleshoot hardware, and manage IT assets end-to-end.

Using ServiceNow for ticketing, you will handle software installs, VM support, and daily status updates. An in-person interview is required for this role. This is a full-time W2 position with competitive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years in desktop/technical support roles.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong communication skills for daily updates and status reports.
• Imaging and deploying laptops/desktops for onboarding.
• End-to-end hardware break/fix troubleshooting and RMA testing.
• Managing IT assets and offboarding tickets, including check-in/check-out.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of desktop/technical support experience
• Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to provide daily updates and status reports
• Imaging and deploying laptops and desktops for onboarding
• Break/fix hardware support and troubleshooting, end to end
• Testing returned devices through the return merchandise (RMA) process
• Recovering assets through IT asset return and offboarding tickets, including scanning devices in and out
• Fulfilling software installation/update requests and troubleshooting
• Supporting our virtual environment (VM requests and related issues)
