Job summary

BRMi is seeking an Associate Tech Support Analyst in Vienna, VA for a hands-on desktop/technical support role. The position is full-time and onsite, with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on service delivery.

You will work with ServiceNow, image devices for onboarding, perform hardware troubleshooting, and manage end-to-end IT asset processes, including returns and VM support. Excellent communication is essential to provide daily updates.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of desktop/technical support experience.
• Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system or equivalent.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Imaging and deploying laptops/desktops for onboarding.
• Familiarity with hardware break/fix and RMA processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily updates and status reports to stakeholders.
• Imaging and deploying laptops and desktops for onboarding.
• Break/fix hardware support and troubleshooting end to end.
• Test returned devices through the RMA process.
• Recover assets through IT asset return and offboarding tickets.
• Support software installation/update requests and troubleshoot.
• Support our virtual environment (VM requests and related issues).
