Job summary

CrowdStrike, a leading cybersecurity company, seeks a Lead, Third Party Risk Management to design and optimize the vendor risk program and own the TPRM platform of record. You will drive automation, set technical standards, and guide risk evaluations across the enterprise.

You will partner with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Security to embed automated risk checks in vendor engagements and manage the assessment pipeline. A strong GRC background and AI/ML integration experience are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management, GRC, information security risk, or related technical controls disciplines.
• Hands-on administrative or architectural experience with the ServiceNow Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical lead, process architect, or principal SME driving efficiency and automation.
• Strong understanding of security/compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, CSA CCM, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST 800-53, etc.).
• Experience evaluating/integrating AI/ML tools into GRC workflows.
• Experience project-managing complex technical implementations with scoping, WBS, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional owner and technical architect for ServiceNow TPRM platform.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the TPRM assessment pipeline and SLA tracking.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual effort in vendor risk workflows.
• Architect end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Own story creation, liaise with development teams, and oversee sprint development.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Security to embed risk checks in vendor engagements.
• Oversee third-party control evaluations and audits and support internal/external audits.
• Develop and maintain TPRM policies and procedures aligned with industry frameworks.
• Engineer automated KPIs and dashboards to show program maturity to leadership.
