Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Lead, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to shape and execute our vendor risk program. The role centers on technical design and optimization of our TPRM platform, leveraging ServiceNow and AI-driven risk scoring to protect customers and data.

You will drive end-to-end risk lifecycle, collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Security, and mentor teams to enhance automation and measurement of program maturity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management, GRC, information security risk, or related technical controls disciplines.
• Hands‑on administrative or architectural experience with the ServiceNow Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical lead, process architect, or SME driving automation in risk/compliance.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST 800-53).
• Experience evaluating AI/ML tools and threat intel in GRC workflows.
• Proven project management of complex technical implementations.
• Ability to translate technical risk concepts for business audiences.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, global technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional owner and technical architect for ServiceNow TPRM platform.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the TPRM assessment pipeline with SLA tracking.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual effort in risk workflows.
• Architect end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Own story creation and liaise with development teams on sprint/epic development.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Security to embed risk checks.
• Oversee third-party control evaluations and audits in tooling.
• Maintain TPRM policies and procedures aligned with NIST/ISO/SOC frameworks.
• Engineer KPIs and dashboards to show program maturity to leadership.
