Job summary

Pregis seeks a Director of Maintenance Excellence to define and deploy the enterprise maintenance, reliability, and asset management strategy across a multi-site manufacturing network in the United States.

This role leads TPM initiatives, partners with Operations Directors, Plant Managers, and Engineering to embed TPM principles into the Pregis Production System, and to improve uptime, reliability, and maintenance efficiency while driving EBITDA growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site maintenance or reliability programs.
• Demonstrated TPM, reliability-centered or predictive maintenance implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise maintenance and reliability strategy across multi-site network.
• Lead TPM strategy and drive TPM maturity and governance.
• Improve OEE, reduce downtime, and optimize asset utilization.
• Define maintenance standards, KPIs, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Operations Directors, Plant Managers, and Engineering.
• Manage capital and technology strategy for maintenance systems.
