Generac Power Systems Inc in Wisconsin is seeking a TPM Specialist to support the Maintenance Manager in implementing a world-class Total Productive Maintenance program tailored to PBE. You will plan and schedule PM tasks in CMMS to maximize uptime and maintain reliability.

The role emphasizes coaching maintenance and machine tech teams, developing best practices, and driving continuous improvement through Kaizen events and TPM/TPR processes, with focus on reducing downtime and meeting

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
5 years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance department.
1 year experience with CMMS, asset auditing, and TPM/TPR processes.
1 year experience running Kaizen events or similar continuous improvement efforts to improve OEE.

Responsibilities

Execute and maintain the TPM program within the facility and assist in PM programs.
Update SOPs and maintain Sharepoint site for work instructions, parts list, print, drawings, etc.
Identify areas for training of Machine Techs as well as Maintenance Techs.
Train, coach, and develop staff TPM skills.
Set clear expectations of the audit program to inspire and motivate the team.
Oversee management of critical spare parts inventory.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and execute projects for OEE improvement.
Initialize cost saving initiatives.
Ensure CMMS queues and workload are assigned and resolved timely, adjusting staffing and scheduling as needed.
Monitor and evaluate metrics from CMMS to drive goal achievement.
