Job summary

Cretex is seeking a Machine Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, reliability, and safety of all production machinery. You will lead a maintenance team, develop preventive and predictive programs, and minimize downtime through TPM and data-driven improvements.

You will supervise technicians and contractors, coordinate PM scheduling, troubleshoot complex equipment, and ensure CMMS accuracy, spare parts management, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS administration and work-order management
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation systems
• Experience leading maintenance teams and TPM/continuous improvement programs
• Proficient in data-driven reliability improvements and KPI reporting

Responsibilities

• Supervise machine maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Lead TPM program implementation and continuous improvement.
• Schedule, assign, and verify PM tasks; monitor backlog.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment issues.
• Maintain CMMS data accuracy, equipment hierarchies, and KPIs.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate equipment installation, modification, and commissioning.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe maintenance practices.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety teams.
• Train and develop maintenance personnel.
• Oversee maintenance budgets and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Evaluate vendors and service providers.
