Qualifications

• BS or BA in Science, Engineering, Operations, Business or equivalent.
• 5–8 years in manufacturing, program management, materials, logistics, QA, marketing, business development or engineering.
• Strong financial analysis, negotiations and project management.
• Excellent PM, presentation, oral and written communication skills.
• Team oriented; able to manage multiple accounts.
• Understanding of regulatory/compliance relating to manufacturing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between AbbVie and Third Party Customer or Third Party Manufacturer; travel to TPM/TPC sites.
• Primary AbbVie interface with executive management at TPMs and for TPCs.
• Ensure that contract commitments are fulfilled by both parties; involve appropriate resources when issues arise.
• Assure that strategic objectives can be met through TPM capacity analysis versus LRP forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to in-source or out-source other products to maximize value; identify consolidation areas among TPMs.
• Negotiate new and extensions to contracts with Third Parties; ensure performance metrics are included in contracts.
• Maintain Third Party Contract information in the TPM databases; track key dates and milestones.
• Identify TPMs for new and existing products; support launches and transfers; provide forecasting information.
• Develop and maintain a TPM Capability and Due Diligence Database; maintain global expertise.
