Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Third Party Manufacturing Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between AbbVie and Third Party Manufacturers or Customers. The role requires travel to TPM/TPC sites, overseeing contract commitments, and coordinating across Legal, QA, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.

The candidate will lead capacity planning, cost optimization, and contract extensions while managing multiple accounts and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science, Engineering, Operations, Business or equivalent.
• 5–8 years experience in Manufacturing, Program Management, Materials Management, Logistics, QA, Marketing, Business Development or Engineering.
• Proven success in financial analysis, negotiations and project management.
• Excellent program management and communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in manufacturing and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between AbbVie and Third Party Customer or Third Party Manufacturer.
• Travel to TPM/TPC sites and build strong working relationships with TPMs.
• Ensure contract commitments are fulfilled and coordinate resolution when needed.
• Support capacity analysis, forecasting, and TPM selection to meet launches.
• Negotiate new contracts and extensions, and track key dates and milestones.
• Maintain contract data in the TPM database and provide KPI-driven oversight.
