RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with clients in a one-on-one relationship
• Use DMS systems to create repair orders and verify client information
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update clients frequently
• Verify that the final invoices are correct and complete
• Explain all completed work and charges to clients

REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional customer satisfaction skills are a plus!
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant is required
• Above-average energy level
• A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity
