A leading eco-friendly car care service provider is looking for a Remote Automotive Fleet Service Advisor. This full-time role involves managing repair services, communicating with technicians and clients, and optimizing service operations. Candidates should have at least a year of experience in a similar role and strong communication skills.
Automotive Fleet Service Advisor (Transportation)
Our Remote Fleet Service Advisors are responsible for optimizing revenue opportunities by managing Spiffy's repair services. This includes ensuring accurate data entry, billing, and repair tracking through communication with technicians and operations managers, managing Spiffy's internal Repair Board, and monitoring third-party FMC software for repair orders. Service advisors will also coordinate with fleet customers post-diagnostics, schedule follow-up services, negotiate labor rates, and submit warranty claims as needed.
Hours: M-F 9 a.m.-6 p.m. EST with flexibility for outside hours as needed
Compensation: $55k/year
Variable Compensation: Up to $10,000 based on company goals
This is a full-time remote role requiring a dedicated home office, reliable internet, and a professional setup. The role involves standard business hours with some flexibility for meetings across time zones. Occasional travel to the local CBU may be required.
Typical physical requirements include extended screen time, fine motor skills, ability to operate office equipment, and maintaining an ergonomic workspace. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
