Qualifications

• Experience selling clinical toxicology, laboratory testing services, or related diagnostics.
• Experience selling to healthcare owners, executives, administrators, clinical leaders, physicians, or lab decision makers.
• Ability to develop opportunities, close net-new business, and maintain accurate CRM data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across Indiana.
• Prospect and build relationships with behavioral health and other healthcare organizations.
• Present laboratory solutions and negotiate terms through the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with implementation teams for a smooth transition from signed contract to launch.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Monitor payer, regulatory, reimbursement, and industry developments.
