This field-based role focuses on consultative sales of clinical toxicology, urine drug testing, and laboratory services. You will meet owners, executives, administrators, and clinicians to understand testing needs, present in-house toxicology solutions, and move opportunities through the sales cycle toward launch.

Qualifications

• Experience selling clinical toxicology, lab testing services, or related diagnostics.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop opportunities, and close net-new business.
• Ability to communicate lab and medical terminology to clinical and business audiences.
• Strong territory-management, organization, follow-up, and relationship-development skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Indiana, with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across Indiana.
• Prospect and build relationships with behavioral health organizations and related providers.
• Conduct meetings with owners, CEOs, COOs, administrators, clinicians, and lab decision makers.
• Evaluate organizations' clinical, operational, and financial needs.
• Present in-house toxicology solutions and integrated lab models.
• Develop proposals, address objections, negotiate terms, and move opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and territory analyses.
• Collaborate with implementation and operations teams for smooth lab launch.
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
• Consistently achieve established sales and business-development goals.
