Job summary

Ontivity in Houston, TX is seeking a Tower Technician to assist in erection, construction, and maintenance of wireless towers, while following safety and quality guidelines.

This role requires climbing towers up to 500 feet, travel up to 90% of the time, and active participation in site surveys, rigging, grounding, and documentation.

You will work as part of a crew, advance training, and contribute to reliable, high-quality installations for our clients.

Qualifications

• Must complete safety in rigging coursework.
• Operate aerial lifts, man lifts, and aerial platform equipment.
• Complete Industrial First Aid and Rescue Training and Competent Climber course.
• Must read and understand drawings, piping diagrams, and job specs.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and ensure quality in all tower tasks.
• Assist with tower erection, rigging, and installation.
• Support grounding, terminations, and weatherproofing.
• Maintain inventory and care for tools and equipment on site.
• Travel to job sites as required and document processes.
