Job summary
Ontivity Llc is seeking a hands-on tower crew member to support erection, maintenance, and testing of wireless towers in Utah. You will perform rigging, cable installation, and alignment tasks, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met on site.
Role involves outdoor work in all weather, physical climbing, and collaboration with the Tower Lead and crew to complete installations per client specs.
Qualifications
- Must have safety training in rigging and tower work.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and piping diagrams.
- Willingness to train and obtain tower-related certifications.
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Assist in erection, construction, and maintenance of wireless towers.
- Perform up-top installation tasks including rigging, securing, labeling, and documentation.
- Install coax, fiber, and hybrid cables; assist with testing and assembly.
- Support grounding, terminations, and routing of lines and components.
- Assist in site groundwork, safety, and daily reporting (JSA forms).
- Help assemble monopoles, self-support, and rooftop towers; assist with transmission line work.
