MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Tower Technician III to install, maintain, and operate wired, wireless, fiber optic, and microwave telecom equipment. You will climb towers, install carriers, and support site preparation while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Safety is a day-to-day priority.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions per prints.
• Experience with high-angle work and tower environments.
• Ability to climb towers, lift up to 50 lbs, and work up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and operate telecom equipment and systems on towers.
• Climb towers and ladders at various heights and assist in tower erections.
• Offload material, prepare sites, and install carriers on towers.
• Mentor new technicians and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety policies and industry standards (OSHA, ANSI, NATE CTS).
