Job summary

Nextlink is a Texas-based ISP looking for a Field Operations - Tower specialist to install, repair, and maintain antenna systems on towers up to 500 feet. You will work outdoors, climb towers, and run power, fiber, and cable while following safety protocols and documenting site work.

A valid driver’s license and a safety mindset are required. Eligible candidates have a high school diploma, basic hand-tool skills, and the ability to work in a team environment, with irregular hours and on-call

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience climbing and working on towers is essential.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Climb towers up to 500 feet to install, replace, and repair antenna systems.
• Run power, ground, fiber, Cat5e and coaxial cables as needed.
• Inspect and ensure proper hardware, antenna alignment, and weatherproofing.
• Complete safety analyses and documentation for each site.
