Qualifications

• Five years of experience in wireless tower construction or field services.
• Two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification required.
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card required.
• First Aid and CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of tower crews ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead installation and maintenance of antennas and radios.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain site organization.
• Complete documentation including daily reports and safety observations.
