Qualifications

• Five years of experience in wireless tower construction or maintenance.
• Two years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification required.
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card required.
• Must possess First Aid and CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tower crews ensuring safety, quality, productivity.
• Climb towers up to 500 feet as required.
• Lead installation and repair of antennas and infrastructure.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure protocol adherence.
• Manage job site logistics and documentation.
