Job summary

InfraServices LLC is searching for a Foreman to oversee wireless tower construction and maintenance in Bismarck, North Dakota. In this position, you will lead and supervise field crews, ensuring safety and quality at all job sites while managing logistics and providing training.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, five years of relevant experience, and strong leadership skills. We offer competitive hourly pay between $32 and $40 and a range of employee benefits, including medical, dental, and 401(K) matching.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in wireless tower construction or maintenance.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification and OSHA 30 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of tower crews ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead the installation and maintenance of wireless infrastructure.
• Train and mentor tower technicians at all levels.
