Job summary

MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead daily site construction efforts, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of work. You will mentor crew members, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with customers to maintain strong relationships.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years in construction with tower experience, OSHA and industry knowledge, plus ability to climb towers and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ensure safety requirements at sites and with the crew.
• Oversee daily operations and quality of work.
• Maintain paperwork for the site and crew.
• Coordinate with customer representatives and maintain relationships.
• Mentor and train crew members.
• Keep equipment and vehicles in safe, working condition.
• Verify daily timesheets for management.
• Other duties as assigned.
