You will mentor crew members, coordinate with customers, and ensure timely completion of work while maintaining equipment and documents.

• Safety is a daily focus and quality is mandatory.
• Ability to read site plans, RFDS, and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site construction work to meet production goals.
• Maintain daily paperwork and closeout documentation.
• Mentor and train crew members in safe work procedures.
• Coordinate with customer representatives and ensure a positive working relationship.
