Think Power Solutions seeks a Field Construction Representative Civil-Tower to supervise telecom site construction, including civil foundations, conduits, and equipment installation. You will coordinate with contractors, maintain safety standards, and ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom construction, OSHA 30, and strong leadership. Travel to sites is expected, with a demand for thorough reporting and collaboration with the centralized construction team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or supervision within the telecom industry.
• Experience with tower erection, civil work, foundations, conduit installations, and electrical systems.
• OSHA 30 Construction Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field installation activities at telecom sites, ensuring compliance with drawings, scope, permits, and safety standards.
• Ensure project workflows follow client construction standards and practices.
• Review, prioritize, and facilitate construction activities to meet schedules.
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of construction guidelines and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate delivery of large materials and heavy equipment to sites.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other field representatives.
