Job summary

Centerline Communications LLC in Georgia seeks a Civil Foreman with 5+ years of civil construction experience to lead crews on cellular construction sites, build forms and pour concrete pads, and oversee foundations for equipment, shelters, and towers.

You will supervise journeymen and subcontractors, ensure safety, apply state/local codes, review drawings, and maintain customer relationships while traveling in the SE region up to 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 5 years of civil construction experience required.
• Grounding/electrical experience incl. cad-welds.
• Telecommunications experience a plus (NSB).
• Ability to read construction drawings is a must.
• Experience with core drills for shelter entry and drilling/setting anchors.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of Project Manager, lead masonry tasks and crew.
• Oversee form building and concrete pad pours for equipment and foundations.
• Ensure safety inspections and adherence to codes; stay current on local changes.
• Directly supervises Journeyman, Apprentice, and subcontractors; plan and direct work.
• Maintain onsite relationships with customers and communicate daily needs to management.
• Travel within SE USA up to 5 days a week; work on site and manage crew.
