Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecom construction management or supervision.
• Experience with tower erection, civil work, foundations, conduit installations, and electrical systems preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction Safety Certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field installation activities for Telecom sites, ensuring compliance with drawings, scope, permits, and safety standards.
• Coordinate large material and heavy equipment deliveries to site and oversee workflow to meet schedules.
• Mentor junior field staff and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues.
