Job summary

Think Power Solutions LLC seeks a Telecom Field Construction Representative to oversee advanced aerial and buried fiber projects in the field. You will apply knowledge of tower construction, civil work, and distribution line practices to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design drawings and standards.

Responsibilities include leading projects, inspecting work, mentoring junior staff, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and maintaining documentation and reporting using

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of field experience.
• Hands-on experience with aerial fiber, underground fiber, boring, trenching, and plowing.
• Leadership or compliance management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience conducting field inspections with professionalism and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute advanced aerial and buried fiber construction projects.
• Apply knowledge of tower construction and telecom distribution work to support projects.
• Enforce safety and quality control per drawings and standards.
• Conduct inspections and maintain professional conduct in the field.
• Build relationships with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, stakeholders, and the public.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Utilize computer systems for documentation and project tracking.
• Work independently with accountability and sound decision-making.
