Think Power Solutions seeks a Tower Field Construction Representative to supervise telecom site field activities, civil work, foundations, and electrical systems installation on site. You will coordinate with contractors, ensure safety standards, and drive project progress.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to deliver compliant construction outcomes across sites. Occasional travel and long hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in field construction oversight, preferably telecom sites.
• Strong knowledge of civil work, foundations, conduit installations, and electrical systems.
• Ability to supervise, lead teams, and enforce safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field installation activities for telecom sites, ensuring compliance with drawings and permits.
• Ensure workflow aligns with client construction standards and practices.
• Review and prioritize construction activities to meet schedules.
