Think Power Solutions LLC is seeking a Field Construction Representative Civil-Tower to oversee field construction activities for telecom sites, coordinating with third-party contractors.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom construction, civil/site prep, foundations, and electrical systems, with strong leadership and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom construction management or supervision.
• Experience with tower erection, civil work, foundations, conduit installations, and electrical systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Construction Management preferred; HS diploma acceptable.
• OSHA 30 Construction Safety Certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field installation activities for Telecom sites ensuring compliance with drawings and permits.
• Prioritize and coordinate construction work to meet schedules.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and construction guidelines.
• Coordinate delivery of large materials and heavy equipment to sites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Mentor and guide junior field representatives.
