Job summary

Crown Castle in the United States is seeking a Business Development Manager, New Tower Development to lead new tower opportunities via partnerships with wireless carriers, municipalities, and developers. You will work with Field Sales to drive projects from opportunity to site activation.

You'll build executive relationships, develop tower solutions, and negotiate leases while collaborating with internal teams to align market demand with growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, carrier sales, or telecom industries.
• Proven track record growing revenue through strategic customer relationships.
• Experience with wireless infrastructure providers and tower companies.
• Knowledge of tower development lifecycle: site acquisition, permitting, construction.
• Strong relationships with wireless carriers and municipalities.
• Experience supporting national or multi-market deployment programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance new tower development opportunities with national and regional wireless carriers.
• Develop strategies to increase carrier commitments and lease-up on new tower developments.
• Lead negotiations for carrier lease agreements supporting build projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Real Estate, Engineering, Legal, and Construction to move projects to site activation.
• Represent Crown Castle at industry events to strengthen market presence.
