Job summary

Crown Castle is seeking a Business Development Manager, New Tower Development in Houston, TX to drive new tower opportunities through partnerships with wireless carriers, municipalities, and developers.

You will collaborate with Field Sales, lead negotiations for long-term leases, and guide projects from opportunity through site activation, while traveling up to 40-50% and operating in a 4:1 hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in business development or telecom/infrastructure.
• Experience with carrier real estate, towers, or deployment programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new tower development opportunities with national and regional wireless carriers.
• Develop strategies to increase carrier commitments and lease-up opportunities on new towers.
• Create and promote development solutions for municipalities and other partners.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with carrier real estate, RF engineering, and network planning teams.
• Lead negotiations to secure carrier lease agreements for new tower builds.
• Collaborate with Sales, Real Estate, Engineering, Legal, and Construction to move opportunities to activation.
