B.H. Inc. is seeking an experienced Tower Crew Foreman in Windsor, CO to lead wireless field operations and mentor technicians. You will supervise a small crew on site, ensuring safety and quality across projects, with compensation starting at $28.00+/hour plus per diem and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of telecom tower experience, including direct leadership of field crews.
• Valid Competent Climber & Rescue Certification.
• Strong knowledge of rigging, hoisting, safety planning, RF systems, PIM testing, sweep testing, grounding, and cable routing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of 2 to 6 Tower Technicians on daily wireless projects.
• Prioritize safety and ensure high-quality execution per industry standards.
• Perform New Site Construction, Carrier Upgrades and Modifications, and Microwave work.
