B.H. Inc. is seeking an experienced Tower Crew Foreman to lead wireless field operations and mentor a crew of 2–6 technicians. You will drive safety, schedule work, and ensure quality across site construction, upgrades, and microwave projects.

Based in Windsor, CO, with potential Salt Lake City, UT assignments, the role offers a starting compensation of $28+/hour, per diem, and weekly pay. Must have 3+ years telecom tower leadership and a valid climber certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of telecom tower experience with direct leadership.
• Valid Competent Climber & Rescue Certification.
• Knowledge of rigging, hoisting, safety planning, RF systems, PIM testing, sweep testing, grounding.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to guide a crew with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of 2 to 6 Tower Technicians on wireless projects.
• Maintain safety, efficiency, and industry-standard alignment.
• Perform New Site Construction, Carrier Upgrades and Modifications, and Microwave work.
