A Day in the Life as a Tower Crew Foreman

As a hands-on field leader, you will supervise a crew of 2 to 6 Tower Technicians on daily wireless communication projects. Your primary focus will be keeping your team safe, efficient, and aligned with industry standards. Perform a variety of New Site Construction, Carrier Upgrades and Modifications as well as Microwave.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of telecom tower experience, including direct leadership of field crews.
• Valid Competent Climber & Rescue Certification.
• Deep knowledge of rigging, hoisting, safety planning, RF systems, PIM testing, sweep testing, grounding, and cable routing.
• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record. Must be able to pass a standard drug screen and background check.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide a crew with minimal supervision.
