This entry-level role offers a pay range of $20.00–$25.00 per hour, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and per diem. No prior tower climbing experience is required and training is provided; crews are scheduled so that most weekends
