B.H. Inc. is seeking an experienced Tower Crew Foreman to lead wireless field operations and mentor a crew of 2–6 technicians. You will drive safety, schedule work, and ensure quality across site construction, upgrades, and microwave projects.

Based in Windsor, CO, with potential Salt Lake City, UT assignments, the role offers a starting compensation of $28+/hour, per diem, and weekly pay. Must have 3+ years telecom tower leadership and a valid climber certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of telecom tower experience with direct leadership.
• Valid Competent Climber & Rescue Certification.
• Knowledge of rigging, hoisting, safety planning, RF systems, PIM testing, sweep testing, grounding.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to guide a crew with minimal supervision.

A Day in the Life as a Tower Crew Foreman

As a hands-on field leader, you will supervise a crew of 2 to 6 Tower Technicians on daily wireless communication projects. Your primary focus will be keeping your team safe, efficient, and aligned with industry standards. Performing a variety of New Site Construction, Carrier Upgrades and Modifications as well as Microwave.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of telecom tower experience, including direct leadership of field crews.
• Valid Competent Climber & Rescue Certification.
• Deep knowledge of rigging, hoisting, safety planning, RF systems, PIM testing, sweep testing, grounding, and cable routing.
• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record. Must be able to pass a standard drug screen and background check.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide a crew with minimal supervision.
