Job summary

TPR. is seeking an organized, proactive professional to support tour production and event execution in Nashville. You will handle administrative tasks, contractor agreements, payroll coordination, and database upkeep while collaborating with the Produced Content team.

The role offers growth toward producing tours, leading teams, and onsite event responsibilities, with occasional travel and lifting as part of pre/post-tour prep and event support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Live Events or Touring.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Christian music industry.
• Flexible with work schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Degree in Music Business, Business, Psychology, or Communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate Independent Contractor Agreements for TPR-produced tours & events.
• Execute vendor & contractor agreements for tours & events.
• Set up and manage tour payroll schedules with the Ops team.
• Maintain TPR’s venue database with up-to-date building/technical information.
• Coordinate and execute tour production logistics and scheduling.
• Book travel for crew and talent and coordinate local vendors.
